Reiki Group - Root Chakra

This Reiki group session will be an introduction to Reiki and we will discuss the 1st Chakra ( Root / Muladhara ) find out where its located, it´s characteristics, how your body lets you know if it is unbalanced and what you can do to make sure its activated, strong and functioning. You will then receive reiki for that chakra to  leave you feeling relaxed, helping you to release stress, and promote healing.
