This Reiki group session  will discuss the 3rd Chakra ( Solar Plexus ) find out where its located, it´s characteristics, how your body lets you know if it is unbalanced and what you can do to make sure its activated, strong and functioning. You will then receive reiki for that chakra to  leave you feeling relaxed, helping you to release stress, and promote healing.
