Start the day soaking in the self-love with a 50-minute Yin yoga flow centered around getting to know your truest self through intentional movement, taught by our guest yoga teacher Kate.
Then flow from yoga into a 20 minute insight meditation to connect with your higher self guided by Caitlin Wheat.

In this interactive workshop Caitlin will teach you how to connect to your body, understand what it needs and eat mindfully using different mind-body practices and incorporating holistic nutrition principles.
Paty Gonzalez will also show you how to connect to your energy body and your chakras. How to emotionally read yourself and balance your energy.
